An Outsourced employee is an employee of a contractor or an agency to whom such outsourced service is assigned and the employee work against remuneration under a separate contract for a specified period under some terms and conditions. Such a person is not governed by any govt service rules applicable to a regular govt employee holding a permanent post.
The ad-hoc appointment is that which is made out of the eligible candidates to be engaged for a specifically created post or purpose, to serve immediate needs.
