PSU employees are the term that is used for the employees working for Public Sector Undertakings. Further, as per PSU Model Conduct Rules 1973- An employee means a person in the employment of the undertaking other than the casual, work-charged or contingent staff or workman as defined in the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, but includes a person on deputation to the Corporation /Company.
